Different Paper Brands

A lot of you are wondering which is the best paper to use. I get asked daily about which brands are the best.

I’ve used a handful of different roll paper in my Epson f570 and honestly I have not noticed much of a difference at all in the finished product on my prints.

I started with Epson paper that came with the machine (unsure of the brand). Then I used DyeTrans for a long time from Condé. Now I’m using Epson DS paper.

The only difference I’ve notice was the DyeTrans paper was slightly thicker than the Epson DS paper. Again, I’ve not noticed a difference in finished quality on my prints.

I thought the thicker paper was better for holding more ink but I’m not sure that’s true.
