Oaxaca Travelog
Last August I spent 10 days with a group of mushroom foragers (some were scientists, some were artists, some were just mushroom enthusiasts) in the Sierra Norte mountains of Oaxaca. We went on several forages, collected a ton of mushrooms, and learned how to dye fibers with them! Last 2 pics are from "Vida Nueva" women's weaving coop and "Dixza" weaving studio/small farm in Teotitlan del Valle.
