What is your favorite Print-On-Demand provider?

I personally use Printful for our POD. Has anyone found another provider they like or one that is more efficient from a cost standpoint? The ones I can think of right off hand are Printify, Gelato, and SPOD.

The HUGE key to success in the POD space is maximizing profit margin. It's very difficult to maintain momentum unless you are a high-ticket/high-end clothing line in the POD space, where charging more for your product can be justified. If you are offering free shipping (which I believe everyone should) you will be cutting into profits further. Therefore it is imperative to find a balance between good price and quality of the item.

I've found that the nice quality shirts from Printful + Shipping come out to around $17-$20 per item. Right now, I am running my shirts at $34.99 a piece, with an offer of 20% off with free shipping available to the customer. That being said, my most popular shirt brings in about $10 of profit.
