Family Enterprise--The risks, the rewards, a 200 year vision.

Hey, is there anyone yet in the group that has involvement in family enterprise? By that I mean, do you work in a company or group of companies that are owned and operate by family and are you related to the family. For example are you the founder, the children of the founder, in-laws of the founder? Are you first, second, third or fourth generation owners? If first generation, do you plan to pass your business to Gen 2?

I am Gen 2 of a successful group of family operated businesses that I have managed for more than 20 years with a vision to pass this onto the third generation. I have a 200 year vision. Is there anyone else out there intent on passing their operation on to the next generation?
