Running Mate/accountabilty partner
Being fairly new to the insurance industry I've learned times at it's a very lonely and discouraging business. The time that I spent with Symmenty Financial group I went through 7 running mates, all left , yet I refuse to quit. so I am looking for someone who is in this to win! someone who can be encouraging when you feel like calling it day, and someone to give me that kick in the ass when I need it. I believe they also call this a FRIEND!
