For those of us with Wyoming LLCs, have you checked if you're in good standing lately? Do it now! My annual report was due Oct 2, and I missed the email. Good thing I caught it - I'm in good standing now! Here's what you need to know:
Your LLC can be AUTOMATICALLY DISSOLVED if you miss a critical deadline:
- You must file your annual report within 60 days after your LLC's anniversary date EVERY YEAR
- No exceptions - it's automatic dissolution if you miss this window
- Don't risk losing your LLC status - verify it!
