Take your time. Let it introduce you to the approach.
From there, the next suggested foundational course is "You Adapted: ADVERSE CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES," is best to begin your work. After that, the recommendation is "The Sovereign Protocol"; from there, explore the other course offerings that you are interested in.
