PROCUREMENT SPEND ANALYSIS DASHBOARD
I’m continuing my Power BI learning journey and just built this Procurement Spend Analysis Dashboard using a sample dataset (500 POs, 5 suppliers, multiple categories, and item‑level details).
The dashboard includes:
- KPI summary (Qty, Cost, Avg Price, PO Count, Supplier Count)
- Monthly spend trend by category
- Supplier performance (spend + PO count)
- Buyer spend vs unit price
- Top items by cost and quantity
