I’m almost at 60k!
I just wanted to share a win from this week! My Little Mermaid Pride reel went viral 🌈💖 This was a trend I saw and liked so I hopped on board. Some things I learned is that once your post goes past your usual audience, you’re opened up to the rest of the internet which is not always friendly. But once it got pushed past the haters it started grabbing more people willing to come defend me in the comments so I just let them duke it out in my comments section. There’s nuance to my post of course because there’s only so much information you can put on your text overlay. So if you didn’t read the caption to get more context you can’t appreciate the whole thing. People mostly don’t read the captions and that’s fine. Any engagement is good engagement and it sparked a conversation which is perfect.
