Postpartum Run Collective is a supportive space for mothers ready to gently reconnect with their bodies after birth.
This isn’t about getting your body back. It’s about building a new relationship with your body — one rooted in trust, patience, and self-respect.
Inside the community, you’ll find gentle pathways back to movement, alongside nervous-system-first practices that support your whole experience of postpartum. You’ll begin with a 3-part guided meditation series honouring your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey, then be invited into Foundations — a progressive core and stability practice designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and feel supported as you return to movement.
You can move through the offerings in your own rhythm.
