Quick Day 1 check in
Hardest part of day one was getting myself outside for 45 min. Did more than I anticipated. Ran 2 miles, 60 body weight squats and 50 lunges. And that was the first 22.3 min. The second half finished the 2nd mile and did sit ups, toe touches and stretched. For my inside workout hit back and shoulders. All other milestones are complete. I have not hit my macros for the day. Hopefully a good dinner will do.
