Todays my first day of the challenge I was nervous about being able to make it work with my schedule but I’ve decided to take the leap any suggestions would be appreciated I don’t know the first thing about supplements or things I should really be doing end of the day the goal is to be able to get up the mountain better to hunt ibex but all around better health is a benefit
