I'm John. Electrician by trade, self-development obsessive by choice.
For the last few years I've been quietly doing the work — studying the mind, the body, stress, neuroscience, mindset, all of it. Not from a textbook. From necessity. From lived experience of what it feels like to be running on empty and needing to figure a way out of it.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a guru. I'm just someone who got serious about understanding how we actually function as human beings — and what gets in the way of us living well.
I built Positively Charged because I wanted a space for real people having real conversations about growth. No toxic positivity. No overnight transformations. Just honest, grounded work — together.
