Week 1: Baseline & Preamble
Here we go!
There is a lot of material front loaded into the Week 1 Course. This is meant to provide all available options for optimizing your healing as quickly as possible. There is no need to feel overwhelmed or rushed. It's a menu for improving your health and quality of life. Choose what makes sense to you first. Then begin exploring new options.
To begin, here's where I would start:
With breath. When we aren't able to breathe 100%, we feel it with every inhale and exhale. Struggling to breathe makes hunger and thirst look like lung filled vacations. To improve our lung function, we've got three areas to focus on:
Breathing Exercises~ How we actually breathe in and out. The amount of oxygen we're getting to our brain is like a spigot we can consciously turn on anytime we choose to bring our focus back to our breath.
Air Cleaning Plants ~ The air we breathe is filled with invisible, unhealthy nonsense we want to bring some plants in to handle for us. Specifically focusing on the bedroom and living room where we sleep and where we spend the most time. Snake Plant aka Mother in Law's Tongue produces oxygen at night, and so it is our number one choice for bedroom plants. English Ivy is great for everything from mold spores to dog poop. And Aloe Vera is another low maintenance option with powerful air cleaning potential. The suggestion is one fully grown healthy plant per 100sqft of floor area. Feel free to add more, especially because juvenile plants will produce significantly less clean air than fully grown plants.
After we've got our breath figured out and we're feeling good moment to moment, we can extend our enhancement focus towards our next element after Air:
Water: There's actually a lot we can do with water. It really depends how much effort we want to invest into our daily habits. We are developing meditative rituals for our regenerated, healthy versions of ourselves. Creating tedious chores for ourselves is not the goal. Just be honest with yourself about your energy levels and how you're feeling.
First and foremost is getting a high quality water filter system ~ Either a pitcher or an under sink or full house system. Each work with different volumes to get similar results, with multi-level filtration and activated charcoal/biochar to pull out and bind the residual VOCs, fluoride (aka hydrofluorosilic acid - a highly corrosive, toxic industrial waste chemical rebranded for dentistry with scientific evidence anyone with a brain would do well to be skeptical of) and other leftover, non h2o chemicals.
With our water sufficiently filtered and free from the gunk, we can celebrate Viktor Shauberger and, if we so choose, we can structure the water by stirring it for a few minutes. Simply with a wooden spoon, or by using a magnetic stir system like this one:
With our water thoroughly filtered and possibly structured, we're ready to infuse it with Brown's Gas aka Hydroxy, which loads our bodies with the greatest antioxidant in the world: Hydrogen! Daily diet, drinking, and activity tracking. Use the app to track your moods throughout the detox days. Notice how you feel half an hour after meals. (App requires money to launch. Standing by:)
Home Cooked Recipes: Explore and pick out some favorites to start with. You're in charge. When making your choices, think, "How sick can I afford to be?" any time you're considering something of a less than premium quality. What we call premium today was the natural standard for our grandparents.
Here's some menu items to get you started:
Getting a grounding sleep pad and grounding shoes and 100% natural fiber socks will support grounding efficiently. In addition, whenever possible, going outside and touching a tree with bare feet on the ground for 15 minutes per day. Doing this uses ancient synergies between the electrical bodies of the tree and human body to reset and regulate our energetic bodies and discharge the excess, inflammation causing energy.
Daily smoothies is a great transformation anchor for supporting the identity shift to a person who makes healthier choices. Dare to experiment with a variety of flavors. Use raw, fresh ingredients whenever possible ~ especially with ginger and turmeric. Their healing properties are much greater in their raw form when grated or tossed in as chunks. On the other hand, turmeric powder is the most oxidized form of what we are consuming for the sake of enhancing antioxidant properties. SO, whenever possible, we want to use fresh, raw versions of the food medicine we build our new selves with.

Supplement Ordering:
As many as you're able to purchase and consume regularly is my recommendation. Supplements are not "magic pills" capable of offsetting our poor dietary choices. They supplement healthy body processes, and work best when synergistically supported with 100% consumption of premium water and foods. The supplements ought to take a week to get delivered, and another week or two of daily consumption before their effects are noticeable. And before then, through 100% commitment to home cooked whole food raw premium meals and premium filtered/structured/hydroxy bubbled water, you'll be noticing significant physical benefits within the first 14 days.
Somewhere between satiated and overwhelmed? Perfect! :)
