Hello all, thanks for the invite to the party

it's great to be here, I am sure I will learn a lot.

So I am a transformational coach and relationship mentor, also the Co-Founder of Women are the Medicine - a UK based company offering psychedelic microdosing programmes and legal in person psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands for women.

I started a podcast in January this year also named Women are the Medicine, in which I interview incredible women who have stories to tell and wise words to share - not necessarily psychedelic related but often my guests have had experiences with 'medicine' and are happy to share.

We've had some stellar guests already so I am looking to expand the reach of the podcast. It's a way to add value to our community and also support other women doing powerful work - plus I just fucking love it.
