Why We Banned a Community Member

Bad News:

We had a member spamming the community and received a number of messages from members about their activity and DM's etc. We reached out and warned this member and yet they continued. So we issued them a refund and permanently banned this member.

Good News:

Thanks so MUCH for the members who provided input on this. We want to protect our members and maintain the genuine connections within the community! We're not perfect and may not always get it right but we will always strive to do our best! We appreciate everyone as engaged members!!
