Pre-exam check-In proctor
Today I faced an issue during the PMP exam check-in process, Pearson OnVUE didn't accept the paper print of the Indentity card, As the card was downloaded from authorised entity. The issue has been raised with ticket with both PMI and OnVUE. But PMI is express to pay retake fees.
Please assist how i can take up the issue and reschedule exam
