⭐️ NEW SKOOL REVIEW FEATURE ⭐️
Did you know that members who have upgraded to a paid membership inside your Skool community can now leave you a written review? 👏
Reviews are displayed publicly on your
community’s About page, alongside your star rating making them a brilliant way to build trust and show potential members the real value inside your community. ✨
To leave a review, paying members simply need to:
1️⃣ Visit your community’s About page
2️⃣ Tap on the star rating/reviews
3️⃣ Select “Write a review”
💡 LITTLE TIP: Written reviews have a maximum limit of 500 characters, so members will need to keep their feedback short, clear and impactful.
Skool will also prompt paying members to leave a review after 30 days, so reviews can happen naturally.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Never offer discounts, upgrades, courses or other incentives in exchange for reviews. Skool may display a warning on your About page stating that your reviews were incentivised, which could negatively affect your conversion rate and discovery ranking.
