Just over a year ago, I discovered the missing piece to my self growth and self love journey. It was playfulness.
For so many years I'd sat on the edge of fun, watching others feel free, but no more.
I made a promise to myself that everyday I would find joy in the little things and not just in the little humans I created. I wanted to learn how to create joy within, rediscover what I loved and reclaim my own identity.
It's been a journey and a half. Not always easy, but by using my principles of play, creativity, imagination, movement and silliness I feel like I've come home and the world is a little lighter.
I created this community for other women to start and share their own journeys back to joy and playfulness.
