Apple Cinnamon honey
Been a hot week, so I decide to treat myself to vanilla ice cream with Honey with Apple & Cinnamon drip on them. I trying to use more of the infused honey instead of anything with refined sugar. Last month made a batch of gonola bars with the same honey.. . OMG. Lemon/Ginger tea and raspberry honey.. YUM!

While running around (getting them steps in) and doing probably a million things, as women tend to do- Itโ€™s important to ๐Ÿ›‘ and eat quality ingredients to energize our bodies and ๐Ÿง . I paused the world to fuel up with: 8 oz grass fed beef (93/7 lean to fat ratio) 3 pickles (refrigerated! Not the dry shelf ๐Ÿ‘Ž) 2 oz raw Parmesan cheese 1 organic naval orange (sweet refreshing dessert) Aguaaaaa ๐Ÿ’ฆ Whatโ€™s on your plate today?
