To keep this brief, I haven't been here on the platform recently due to focusing on self-improvement. I've been working, studying, editing on my videos and recording, spending time with family, hanged out with my friend, and working out to enhance both my physical and mental health. This is the list of my new updates over the past 1 week.
I hit a new pr on Machine Incline Chest Fly (check my story on that soon!)
I now sleep earlier than I used to; basically, I used to have a sleeping schedule, so I got back to it
I'm avoiding junk snacks, as y'all have seen my recent posts
I've been studying with school, taking notes/completing assignments, and quizzes, which I am passing with 90-100%
There have been a few days I felt low energy, felt judgment, anxious, not socializing, and overthinking, but I reminded myself that it’s a normal part of the process. I’ve been trying to focus on self-compassion during those low moments—acknowledging my feelings without letting them define my day
Recently, I got a new job, so I've been working on it, just locking in on those projects that my job wants me to get done
**IMPORTANT UPDATE** A few weeks ago (I think it has been a month now), I reached out to a girl I noticed at the gym several times, if you still remember my latest posts. We've been gradually building our connection, taking time to understand each other better. There have been several times when I’ve approached her just to say hi. Some days, I felt confident enough to chat with her, while on other days, I opted not to say anything. I’m really focused on creating opportunities for us to connect more deeply, so I’m continuing to look for chances to extend our conversations and hopefully get her on social media so we can stay in touch outside of the gym environment. Overall, I'm taking things one step at a time and hoping to strengthen our chemistry
Got 2 new people connections at the gym, meeting them, and getting to know each other a little bit
Lastly, I’ve been diving into books (I fell off a long time ago, so I got back at it again) that have really piqued my interest and just been reading them
