Grab a note card & list 6-8 exercises on one side, and on the other side list your favorite cues, just in case you draw a blank. As a new teacher sometimes nerves get the best of you. Keep the card nearby but out of sight. So much better to be over-prepared than underprepared. 👍🏼💪🏻. I’ve been teaching Pilates for 26 years and I still do this…just in case 🤩
