Expert instruction by Ashley Baker. Ashley has been a Pilates instructor for over 26 years. She has been trained in both classical and contemporary techniques of Pilates.
Ashley also has a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology and is able to teach why and how we do each Pilates movement. She has years of experience teaching special populations in private sessions, as well as teaching fun and challenging group classes.
Ashley is energetic and believes in finding joy in movement. This, she believes, is the key to healing.
