Just came to me in mediation. As I sat in the dark for hours, in the silence, all the way up to sunrise!!

I do so many things and am so busy busy busy that it clouds my mission, thinking about it in terms of goals… And my daily meditations and music playing are only enough for me to keep it together and get into my joy zone so I can show up at my best.

BUT, I needed a deep dive, so I can let clarity surface.

Just like a mud in a jar - when you shake it, you can not see through it… but if you let it sit still for a bit, all the muddy sediments go down and the water becomes clear and you can see through.

Being busy is like that mud jar water. I make music, I help music artists with their careers, I teach piano, production and I compose.

On top of that, I run a record label, an event company and a radio show…

On top of that I play shows…

It’s a lot!!!!! And so far have been keeping it together and have my goals set and I go over them 3 times daily, every day, for the past 7 years!

But today, I merged everything I do, all my goals and feelings into one simple sentence and that is my mission. My mission is aligned with my highest values - growth and contribution.

I am sharing it here with you first!!!!!
