I have little to no musical ability (although I sing a great note in the shower ๐) but coming here and listening to amazing music is so inspirational.
My joy zone is when I move. Each morning I do a 5km walk. No headphones or phone just me, my dogs and the outdoors. It really brings me joy and starts the day off just right. Most days I also go to the gym.
It serves as a form of meditation and it has helped me cope with my depression. I haven't taken any antidepressants in almost 30 years and that's down to finding my joy in training.
