Here's why tailoring matters: • Shows you've done your homework • Highlights your most relevant skills • Improves chances of passing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
How to do it:
Carefully read the job description
Identify key skills and requirements
Adjust your resume to emphasize matching qualifications
Use similar language/keywords from the job posting
Remember: Quality over quantity. A tailored resume for each application beats sending the same generic resume to 100 jobs!
