Hi everyone! We’re Kirsten and Shelby, and we’re the instructors behind this course 👩⚕️💙 We both come from hospital phlebotomy backgrounds with over 10+ years of combined experience in healthcare, and we’ve built this program because we truly love teaching and helping students succeed. We are certified instructors through NAPTP and also BLS/CPR instructors through the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC), so everything you’re learning here is built on real experience and national standards 📚✨
