Welcome to the Perspective Collective.

To keep this space thoughtful, respectful, and valuable, please follow these community guidelines.

1. Lead with respect.

Different perspectives are welcome here. Disrespect is not. You can disagree, challenge ideas, and offer another point of view without attacking the person behind the post.

2. Keep conversations meaningful.

This community is built for deeper dialogue. Before posting, ask yourself: does this add value, spark reflection, share a resource, ask a thoughtful question, or support the community?

3. No spam or random promotion.

Please do not use this space only to promote yourself, your business, your links, or your offers. There will be intentional opportunities for spotlights, resources, recommendations, and collaborations.

4. Protect the energy of the space.

This community is meant to feel safe, grounded, and intentional. Avoid harmful language, harassment, bullying, hate speech, or anything that creates unnecessary hostility.

5. Honor people’s stories.

Members may share personal experiences, lessons, and perspectives. Do not screenshot, copy, or share someone’s personal post outside the community without permission.

6. Use the right category.

Post introductions in Introduce Yourself, discussion prompts in Weekly Perspective, podcast reactions in Podcast Conversations, and helpful links in Resources & Recommendations.

7. Come to contribute, not just consume.

You do not have to post every day, but your voice matters. Comment, respond, reflect, ask questions, and help build the kind of community you want to be part of.
