Suggestions for Opposing a large broiler farm being built next door

Looking for suggestions:

A neighbouring farm that owns full sections of land near my family is planning to go from mixed agricultural (Cattle, Pigs, Chickens, Sheep, etc.) to a chicken farm. Going from 12, 000 to 240, 000 broilers while cutting all other animals other than poultry. I am planning to write a letter to oppose the application. I am looking for advice on good agricultural & environmental impact reason to list in my opposition. This is a farm that already caused a lot of us to lose our water aquifer that the well was on due to contamination. Any help to oppose the newest application would be greatly appreciated.
