Gonna be vulnerable here because I hope I can create a space where everyone here can be open especially about how they feel, good or bad.
I've been pretty stressed recently, and for not really any good reason. Perhaps it's the deadlines, perhaps its the expectations I've self-inflicted upon myself, perhaps it's not giving myself the space to just do the work that I know needs doing and saying yes to let's say friends or family without saying yes to myself first. Ngl, the last sentence is probably the reason.
But alas, I have an idea of what I'm going to do, but it made me incredibly curious: what do you guys do when feeling stressed or overwhelmed? How do you manage it?
