This is where 90% of lifting starts, so clean technique really matters.
In this lesson I’m showing you:

✨ how to avoid overfiling / damage
✨ and how to safely clean the cuticle line
Take your time with this one — the movements should feel soft, controlled and very intentional.
Tip:
If you can, practice on yourself too.
Your own nails teach you the feeling of pressure better than anything else.
