Most experienced coaches, therapists and practitioners explain their work from the inside out. They talk about:
🎓 Their qualifications.
🙌🏼 Their methodology.
⁉️ Their process.
💪🏼 The number of sessions.
🧠 Everything they know.
But the person listening is not standing inside your expertise and they're quietly asking:
Do you understand what I’m experiencing?
Can you help me create the change I want?
Why is your approach relevant to me?
Why should I choose this now?
When your conversation answers your questions instead of theirs, a perception gap appears.
Your expertise may be real. Your results may be exceptional. But if the person cannot understand what that value means in their world, they cannot confidently act upon it.
This is where The Conversation Code begins.
CLARIFY
Clarifying your value does not mean reducing the depth of your work.
It means translating that depth into meaning another person can recognise, feel and choose.
It means becoming clear about:
• The problem beneath the problem
• What your client actually wants to experience
• Why your work is meaningfully different
• How to communicate from their perspective—not only your own
• How to package your expertise beyond isolated hours and sessions
When the signal becomes clear:
• Your content feels more relevant.
• Your conversations require less explaining.
• Your price gains context.
• And the right people can finally see why your work matters to them.
Before asking:
“How do I convert more conversations?”
Ask:
"Have I made the value clear enough for a decision to become possible?”
If your work creates stronger results than the market’s response currently reflects, send me the word
CLARIFY.
I’ll show you where your signal may be getting lost.
