NAD
Would you wait to run NAD until you finish SS31 or could I start it tmrw? I have 2 weeks left of SS31. I ran it 5mg daily for 8 weeks. I’m just struggling with fatigue, esp the week before my period, this week, and looking for some help with that. Otherwise I can totally wait until I’m done with the SS31.
Also, do you cycle off the NAD?
