Workout a lot? Joints hurt? Runner and knees hurt? I’ve been taking glucosamine chondroitin and msm supplements since I was in my 20s. Workout 6-7 days per week and ran 7-10 miles daily in my 20s and 30s. No joke I don’t ache at all aside from occasional tennis elbow. Kimerachem.co has all three combine in injectable form which is MUCH more bioavailable than pills. I don’t think I’d be lifting in my 40s like I did in my 20s if it wasn’t for this plus the glucosamine is N-acetyl making it more stable. This isn’t a peptide or sarm. They’re classified as aminos.
