Arthritis advice?
Hey brother. Do you have any suggestions for arthritis in the hands? I am 52 and I am developing terrible swelling in my knuckles even causing disfigurment (top of thumb bending left at the first knuckle). I am also having what is called Heberten's knodules I think. It is creating large bumps on my knuckle that is filled with clear liquid. The dr says it is only treatable by surgery. Any thoughts?
