😤 Renova Sale Update - Please Read
Good morning everyone. I need to give you an update on the Renova sale because I know there's been some confusion.
What changed:
The original sale was buy 2 get 1 free on R10 and buy 1 get 1 free on R60. I got word yesterday that they've switched it to 30% off sitewide because the original promotion was never meant to stack with the code DEREK.
If you placed an order under the old promo structure, Renova will be refunding the difference on most of those orders.
My honest take:
I'm not going to sugarcoat it - I'm frustrated. This isn't the first customer service or technical issue we've seen from Renova. Products are still quality and people are receiving their orders, but the overall customer experience has been rough. Response times, communication, and now this mid-sale change.
We're going to finish out this sale and make sure everyone gets taken care of. After that, there's a very high chance Renova comes off the site.
I hold every vendor to the same standard, and when issues stack up like this, there have to be consequences. I can't control their tech or their support team, but I can control who I recommend to this community.
The new 30% off sale is live on the website. The old BOGO promotion is done.
