Not surprised at this point, but wanted to give you all a heads up.
If you've had issues reaching Valor's customer service over the last week or so, here's what happened: Google Workspace shut down their entire system. Email, everything. Gone.
After fighting it for about a week, they've moved everything out of Google and into a new system. So things should be back to normal now.
Just another reminder that the RUO space is fighting an ongoing battle on all fronts. Whether it's social media platforms, payment processors, or now even basic business tools like email — the pressure is constant.
Appreciate all of you for your patience with vendors dealing with this stuff behind the scenes. It's not always visible, but it's very real.
