Unfiltered: Over 50 & Real AF is taking a little holiday breather 💫

I’m pressing pause for the next 2 Sundays so we can all focus on family, rest, and refilling our cups.

We’ve had real talk, real growth, and real connection in just a few short weeks—and I’m so grateful to every woman who’s shown up and shared their heart.
