Arm Optimize Virtual Intensive
Good Afternoon! 🎉 Welcome to the Arm Optimize Virtual Intensive for Parents and Caregivers! Please access the link above to access the course, the full course with all of the content will be available by the start of the LIVE sessions on September 14,2026!
We are so excited to work with you and your child throughout this program!
Every Monday, we will host a LIVE session where you can:
✨ Receive live instruction
✨ Meet Jenny, Founder of ReImagine OT and creator of Arm Optimize
✨ Practice techniques from the program
✨ Ask questions and receive personalized guidance
Each LIVE will include:
• 30 minutes of instruction with Jenny
• 30 minutes for questions and individualized support
Your child does not have to be present. However, if you are attending live, we recommend having your child available so you can practice a few of the techniques being taught and receive guidance as needed.
Can’t attend live? No problem! Every instructional lesson will be recorded so you can watch it at a time that works best for your family.
Therapists and Arm Optimize Coaches will also be available throughout the day to answer questions and offer support. Please message us whenever you need help, and a member of our team will respond within six hours to provide personalized guidance.
At the beginning of the course, we will direct you to the website where all your exercises, videos, and flow sheets will be available.
Community support is an important part of this program! As we move through the intensive, we encourage you to share:
