Decision-Making
∙ Use consensus or democratic processes for major decisions
∙ Ensure transparency in how decisions are made
∙ Create pathways for feedback and concerns
∙ Review rules periodically and adapt as needed

∙ Cell phones on silent during group work (unless accessibility needs require otherwise)
∙ No substances that impair judgment during learning sessions
