We have recently identified major fraudulent activity associated with the calls you sent to us. This constitutes a serious offense that violates both the agreement you signed and our terms of service.

Following a review of your account, we found multiple calls flagged as fraudulent. At ResultCalls, we take the integrity of our operations very seriously and do not tolerate any form of manipulation or fraud within our system.

To prevent further misuse and protect our business and clients, we have decided to close your account, effective immediately permanently. Your assigned tracking phone number has been deactivated, and you are required to cease sending calls to us immediately.

The current month's payment will be withheld until we review all your calls from the beginning. All of your calls will be manually reviewed by a team member. Suspicious calls will be deducted, and the process may take 13–16 weeks. Any remaining balance will be paid to the payment information on file.
