I’m Patrizio, a chef originally from Hawaii with Italian roots, and I’ve spent most of my life working in professional kitchens as both a cook and chef.
Over the years I’ve worked everything from high-volume kitchens to gastropubs and private dining, and one thing I’ve learned is this:
