Pathfinder Leadership is a home for teens (13–17) who want to build real leadership skills — not slogans, but habits. Every lesson is built around one idea: 1 or 0. Either you achieved your desired outcome or, you didn't! Through five practical frameworks, you'll learn how to define a real win, break big goals into steps you can actually take, take ownership of your results, reflect honestly, and turn small daily choices into the kind of character people trust.
This isn't a lecture series. Each lesson is short, direct, and built around a worksheet you actually do — not just watch. Whether you're working toward a spot on a team, a grade, a goal at home, or just figuring out who you want to be, this is where you build the skill of leading yourself first.
