Foundations of Presence is designed to establish the baseline capacity that everything else in this community rests on.
This is not about achieving special states or changing your experience.
It’s about learning how to stay with what’s already here — calmly, clearly, and without force.
Inside this course, you’ll work with:
- What presence actually is (beyond concepts)
- How attention stabilizes in the body and nervous system
- Why effort often interferes with awareness
- How to practice without turning it into another task
There is nothing to complete and nothing to perform.
Move through it slowly. Revisit it when things feel unclear.
If you are new here, this is the best place to begin.
If you’ve been practicing for years, this will help recalibrate the fundamentals.
Presence doesn’t need to be dramatic.
