I’m Marian, I’m doing serviced accommodation in Nottingham and I’m excited to join this community level up my serviced accommodation game.🚀
💎 WHERE I’M AT:
I currently have 1 SA in Nottingham which has been running successfully since February 2025. I’m looking to learn more about long term bookings and the best ways to secure more rent to SA.

I started in Property in 2024 I have done all the Samuel Leeds training with the Academy in SA, HMOs, BRR, Deal Sourcing and more. I’m here to build genuine connections and help out wherever I can.
