I’m John Wood of Mesh Accommodation, I am doing serviced accommodation in Kent and I’m excited to join this community level up my serviced accommodation game.🚀

I’m Currently 3 years in and had 11 properties but 6 were not performing well so didn’t renew the lease. I’m looking to learn more about long term profitable bookings but to break the ice here is a fun fact about me, I’m a qualified SCUBA Diver!

I started in Property in 2019 sourcing properties. I have done various trainings around R2R & Sourcing. Before property I worked in Insurance for Lloyd’s of London.
