Sit tall with pride. Close your eyes.
Tomorrow is Day 30. But today is Day 29. One more day. You’ve got this.
Breathe in: “I persist…”Breathe out: “…when it’s hard.”
Breathe in: “I show up…”Breathe out: “…even when I don’t feel like it.”

If I’m Depressed or Upset, I Say:
“Twenty-nine days ago, I wasn’t sure I could do this. But I did. Day after day, I showed up. Even when it was hard. Even when I didn’t feel like it. Even when depression and anxiety screamed at me to quit. But I didn’t. And I’m not quitting tomorrow either.”
💪🏾 Movement Exercise: Finishing Strong Flow (5 minutes)
29 Power Jumps:
Jump 29 times counting each one! Say: “29 days of POWER!”
Finish Line Runs (1 minute):
Run in place with high knees for 1 minute like approaching finish line! Say: “I’m almost there! I don’t quit!”
Persistent Planks (1 minute):
Hold plank for as long as you can (goal 30-60 seconds). Say: “I persist even when it’s hard!”
Victory Reaches (1 minute):
Reach up high 29 times toward your victory! Say: “Tomorrow I finish what I started!”
Tomorrow’s Champion Pose (1 minute):
Stand as the person who will complete 30 days tomorrow. Hold this powerful pose. Say: “Tomorrow I WIN!”
✨ Closing Affirmation (Repeat TWICE out loud):
Stand strong and determined. Say it TWICE powerfully:
“I finish what I start. I honor my commitments to myself. I am trustworthy. One more day. I’ve got this. I am a finisher.”
[Second time - with UNSTOPPABLE energy]:
