Distraction and procrastination
Hi everyone, I've been a member for a few months yet I've procrastinated signing in and doing the work. I'm aware I've been distracting myself since my nervous system went into a state of fight or flight back in January after dealing with 3 suicides and 4 other deaths of family and friends.
I've just returned back from a 2 week holiday in Turkey where I've been able to do a lot of reflection and let things go.
Its nice to have this opportunity to speak with likeminded people. I've been on a spiritual path alone since 2012 yet I've never felt lonely.
