✨Today was all about self-care and recharging.
I spent time in the sauna, letting the heat melt away stress, and followed it up with a refreshing swim.
It felt amazing to slow down, breathe deeply, and give my body and mind the reset they deserve.
Sometimes the best productivity hack is taking care of yourself first. 💆‍♀️💦
