Hi everyone, I’m Jeneé 🤍🌊
I’m grateful to be here and to connect with a community of entrepreneurs who are building from purpose, alignment, and intentional creation.
My journey has always been connected to movement — emotional, energetic, and physical. Over the years that movement has shaped my identity, my work, and the way I serve. I’ve walked through deep shadow work, nervous system recalibration, full-body transformation, and the kind of inner evolution that becomes the foundation for everything you build in the outer world.
Today, I create through two core platforms:

Our reflections-and-rhythms journal, mindful movement tools, and daily living resources that help people reconnect with their emotional body, inner child, and authentic self.

A living platform of daily practices, meditations, gratitude, somatic tools, and energetic guidance — created to ignite personal evolution and spiritual alignment.
My work weaves together:• Somatics & nervous system intelligence• Inner child remembrance & emotional alchemy• Conscious movement & energetic expression• Shadow work & identity transformation• Human evolution through alignment, intention & embodiment.
What matters most to me is authenticity — real growth, real change, real expression. No masks. No performance. No bypassing.
